Our History

How We Started

By servicing the Raleigh-Durham and triad areas in North Carolina, Red Brick Investment Group has been able to help hundreds of Homeowners and Communities. During this process and lifelong journey, The C.E.O. Josh Darville manages a small team of selected people to handle most of the day-to-day tasks. Once a former broker for Mark Spain Real Estate and RTPE, Josh decided one day to go into business for himself. With the knowledge and strong relations he already acquired, it wasn't hard for josh to set his eyes on a much bigger plan. Although Single Family Residential was his forte, Red Brick Investment Group started focusing more on Commercial Real Estate. 8 years later, Josh along with Red Brick, currently manages over 50 doors and 5 MM AUM.
